Soylent อาหารครบถ้วน - สูตรดั้งเดิม

I've been swapping these in for lunch on busy days and the slow-burning carbs actually keep me full until dinner, which is rare for a shake. The 1g of sugar is the kicker for me, it tastes sweet enough without that weird diet aftertaste.

The 20g of protein per bottle keeps me full through my afternoon meetings without that heavy feeling. I love that it’s only 1g of sugar but still tastes sweet enough to enjoy. This has genuinely replaced my lunch three times a week now.

I bought this for busy workdays when I don't have time to chew, and it honestly keeps me full for about three hours with no sugar crash. The 20g protein plus the smooth, slightly thick texture makes it taste better than I expected for a meal shake.
