Soylent 完全栄養粉末 - カカオ味

I’ve been mixing this with just water every morning and it’s genuinely foolproof—no lumps, and it’s got 20g protein which keeps me going until lunch without that heavy feeling. The cacao flavor isn’t too sweet, which I appreciate.

The slow-burning carbs actually keep me full for hours, which is rare for a meal shake. Just add water and it’s ready in under a minute, no blender needed. I’m hooked on the cacao taste too.

Finally, a meal replacement that doesn't taste like chalky cardboard. The cacao flavor actually satisfies a chocolate craving, and the 20g protein keeps me full for a solid four hours at my desk.
